One of the most interesting things I found last week, was from one of my clients who approached my company looking for a freelance writer. He was testing Paypal transactions for his ebook and did not know how to refund a Paypal payment and was losing transaction fees in the process.

Using the refund function in Paypal is something I took for granted that everyone knew. Which was wrong in my part. Never assume that what you know is common sense.

So I’ve created a video to help show this client, who is also a nice person to work with, how to do a refund properly. It’s a short video and I hope you find it useful.
