squeeze pageThere are hundreds (maybe thousands) of business models to make money online. Every entrepreneur’s goal is to find a business model that they like, comfortable with and is profitable. After watching how many internet marketers run their business, and speaking to a few successful marketers, it’s bloody obvious that the money is in the list.

Even though you’re sick of the phrase, I would advise you to put those words on your computer desktop so that you can stare at it every day. Remind yourself that whatever tasks you do, one of them has contribute towards building your list.

From my observations and from speaking to many marketers, the best way and the simplest way to make money online is to create squeeze pages to build your list, build the relationship and sell using emails.

This business model is simple, fast to create and works very, very well.

If you’re game, jot down these steps and start taking action right away. You can’t fail to profit with these steps.

Step By Step Business Model Using Squeeze Pages To Sell

1. Find a niche that is huge. Making money, self-help, health, golf, weight training, digital photography, dating and so on.

2. Go to Clickbank or any affiliate program network and make a list of all affiliate products which you think looks good to sell within your niche.

3. Create a squeeze page focusing on solving a problem within your niche. Look at the affiliate products which you have listed out to get some ideas.

Offer a bonus on your squeeze page where you reveal the information/solution. Make it a great offer so that people will sign up.

4. Get a good autoresponder. If you haven’t got one already, sign up for this autoresponder. Write as many emails as you can for the people who subscribed. 52 is a good number since if you space them out at one per week, you will stay in contact with your subscribers for a whole year.

5. With your autoresponders, give a tip in each one. The mail messages don’t have to be long. Short emails work best. Just give a tip that they can use and then recommend the product with your affiliate link. Since the messages are short, writing 52 emails won’t take that long.

6. Do the same thing again but use a different squeeze page focusing on another topic in your niche. The first 5 emails could be about the information as promised in the squeeze page and the rest could be the same as the previous autoresponder.

Once you have two squeeze page systems going, just promote these 2 links and you’ll be building a list of subscribers where you’ll be selling to them for the whole year.

When you have a big enough list, you can do adswaps to build them more quickly and enter JV contests to get your name around.

All it takes is the initial set up, then you can focus on just promoting the links. This is the one of the quickest ways to make money online because the money is in your valuable list! Don’t underestimate the power of this simple business model. Making money doesn’t have to be complex.

Video Marketing – Just Tested And Proven

Video marketing is becoming more and more popular. At first people started to question this technique since it takes time and expertise to create a video and they’re not sure if it can really deliver traffic as well as a traditional text web page.

There are 2 important things which you need to know if you haven’t dived in with video marketing yet:

1. Creating videos and uploading it to YouTube is easy. Damn easy.

If you’ve written an article, just paste the text into a PowerPoint presentation, put some nice pictures on it with a call to action at the end and you’re done.

This can take around 45 minutes for each presentation if you do it properly but it’s well worth the effort.

2. Videos generate more traffic than articles.

I’ve proven this with my own marketing material and my clients. Youtube is awesome for traffic. Embedding them on your web page also increases response and stickiness.

One of my clients had an average of 100 views per video. For his articles, the average was 30 visitors. That’s more than 3 times the traffic.

With YouTube you can also befriend other users and expose your video to more people. Having an article marketing and video marketing strategy is the key.

4.  It’s a good idea to come up with names using a domain registry so that you can get the available domain name that goes with your ebook.

5.  Use a keyword research tool such as Google Keyword Tool to find out the hot words that people are searching for.

6.  Go to Amazon and read the titles in your market. Make a note of the titles which get your attention and make you want to buy them. Use similar titles for your own ebook.

Another reason why you should have a meaningful title with your keywords in them is because of the valuable back links that you will have. This will help your search engine optimization because when people mention your ebook, the keywords you are trying to rank for are displayed.

Additionally when you write articles to promote your ebook, you can create an anchor text based on the title.

So how will a search engine decide whether or not to list your website high in their search results  for particular keywords?

The answer is in your content and the websites that link to you.

That is all there is to SEO. There’s no magic or secret.

If your website has a ton of web pages that are related to the keywords and your website is regularly updated, then you’ll get on the search engines’ good books.

But to further make them consider your website to be ranked highly, they will consider how many other websites link to you.

This makes perfect sense. If thousands of websites link to you and some of these websites are ranking very high themselves plus they are relevant to the keywords you’re focusing on, then obviously your website is damn relevant for the keywords.

For example, let’s say that you have your own search engine and you have hundreds of websites linking to you and two of them are Google and Yahoo, you’re highly likely going to be listed on the first page for the keywords “search engine”.

This is easy to understand.

This is common sense but it’s amazing how people are still struggling with SEO. The main reason is because they are trying to find a fast way to rank high for their keywords.

There is no secret backdoor to ranking high on the search engines. Even if there is, the search engines will find out and blacklist whatever technique you are using.

The proper way to win the search engine battle and get a ton of traffic from your keywords, is to regularly produce good, fresh content and build as many links to your website as possible. The key word here is regularly.

When you hundreds of web pages of good relevant content and you have thousands of links to your website, you will get the traffic and rankings you want.

Here’s a simple action plan you can work on right away to get search engine traffic.

1. Read up on search engine optimization and do your own SEO on your website. This is not hard. Alternatively hire some one to do it for you. Once your website is search engine friendly then you can start the real work which is the next 3 steps.

2. Create a list of keywords for your website that you want to be ranked for.

3. Write one page of content for your website/blog using 3 -4 keywords from your list. Do this every day. It’s a good idea to write in advance for a few days when you’re in a writing mood.

4.  Build back links to your website every day. This is tedious and boring. Highly recommend that you outsource this.

That is all there is to it. I told you it was simple.

However, it will 100% work. It is what search engines expect you to do.

This is why I always recommend my clients to create information products focusing on one niche, one website. All the back links and fresh content they create will not be wasted. It will turn their huge website into an authority.

So the next time you create an information product, think ahead of how you will promote it since that is where the money is. Search engine optimization is only one part of traffic generation.
